Artest and Kirilenko earn Player of the Week honors

New York, NY (Sports Network) - Indiana's Ron Artest and Utah's Andrei
Kirilenko were named Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week,
respectively, for games played Monday, November 3 through Sunday, November 9.
Artest averaged 22.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game during the week en route to leading the Pacers to a 4-0 record. Kirilenko's averages of 18.5 points, 7.5 boards, 2.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 3.0 blocks per contest helped guide the Jazz to a 3-1 mark. Other candidates for Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week were Philadelphia's Allen Iverson, Detroit's Chauncey Billups, Golden State's Jason Richardson, Houston's Steve Francis, San Antonio's Emanuel Ginobili and Seattle's Ronald Murray.
