Knicks' Kurt Thomas has surgery

New York, NY (Sports Network) - New York Knicks forward Kurt Thomas had
surgery on the little finger of his right hand Thursday.
Thomas will have the hand in a cast for four to six weeks. He is expected to be ready for the start of training camp. Thomas averaged 11.1 points and 8.3 rebounds in 80 games last season. NY
