=== Orlando Magic Team Report - November 10 ===
(Sports Network) - The much-improved Orlando Magic will take aim at their fourth win in five games tonight, when they take on the Washington Wizards at the MCI Center. Orlando got back on the winning track last night, downing the previously unbeaten Dallas Mavericks, 94-84, at TD Waterhouse Centre. Hedo Turkoglu came off the bench to contribute 19 points and Dwight Howard netted 15 points and 11 rebounds in the win. Howard's double- double was his third in four games to start his career. The youngster became the first rookie since Shaquille O'Neal in 1992 to get 10 rebounds in his first four games. Steve Francis fell just shy of a triple-double, finishing with 16 points, 10 boards and nine assists while Grant Hill collected 17 points with nine rebounds for Orlando. Orlando outrebounded the Mavericks 56-54. Meanwhile, Orlando finished just 1- for-13 from three-point land. Cuttino Mobley left the game during the third quarter with a strained right groin, while Kelvin Cato left the contest because of a sprained ankle. Mobley and Cato are questionable for tonight's game. The Magic have split their first two road games of the campaign. Orlando swept all four meetings between these teams last season. The Magic have won seven of the last nine meetings overall. Orlando is 39-21 against Washington all-time. ORL |
