Bobcats' May out for season

Charlotte, NC (Sports Network) - Charlotte Bobcats forward Sean May will miss
the rest of the NBA season with on-going pain in his right knee.
May confirmed that he is shutting it down to the Charlotte Observer on Wednesday. The second-year forward has missed 27 of the team's past 30 games with soreness and swelling in the knee. May has already had arthroscopic surgery on the knee twice but doesn't expect any further surgery. In 35 games this season, May has averaged 11.9 points per game and 6.7 rebounds. CHL |
