Mavs set to re-sign Devean George

Dallas, TX (Sports Network) - The Dallas Mavericks are set to bring back
veteran swingman Devean George.
According to the Dallas Morning News, George agreed to a one-year deal worth $2.5 million. The 29-year-old George averaged 6.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in 60 games last season for a Dallas team that dominated in the regular season but was stunned by Golden State in the opening round of the playoffs. NBA free agents can not officially sign contracts until July 11. DAL
