What NBA Player got Battery Charges Defending Keyshia Cole?
This NBA player jumped to Keyshia Cole's defense at the Essence Music Festival and we can understand why.
HoopsVibe's Very Quick Call: Some things you will get hit for saying to a woman in front of her man.
Keyshia Cole was performing at the 2013 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans when someone reportedly approached Cole and starting talking wildly disrespectful to her. Cole's husband and former Cleveland Cavalier guard Daniel "Boobie" Gibson heard the altercation and stepped in to standup for his wife.
The incident resulted in Gibson getting 2nd degree battery charges, but Gibson remains understandably unapologetic stating, "I have nothing to be ashamed of or hide." If you start talking smack about a man's wife right in front of him, you better expect a fist in your face. I don't care if she is as fine as Keyshia Cole, you should be respectful.
