Give Jason Kidd the ball to try to get a quick shot on a two-for-one, right? No.

Let Kidd run down the clock to set up a shot and then bear down on defense, right? No.

Put Kidd on the bench, inbound the ball and hold it until Dirk Nowitzki misses a shot, get the offensive rebound, let Jason Terry drive and, lose possession of the ball? What? Yes.

Then why was Ericka Dampier in the game?!

There are so many things wrong with this picture. If I were a Mavs fan, I’d be drinking heavily right now (or – at least I would have an excuse to be drinking heavily).
