=== Golden State Warriors Team Report - January 16 ===

(Basketball News) - The Golden State Warriors try to stay on the winning track tonight when they invade Phoenix to face the Suns at America West Arena.

Golden State also enters tonight’s tilt on a winning note after Cliff Robinson buried a career-high seven three-pointers on the way to a 35- point night in the Warriors’ 119-102 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Robinson’s 35 was not only his season-high, but the season-high for any Warrior. He also tied a franchise-record for three-pointers made in a game, and hauled down eight boards in the effort.

Jason Richardson had 25 points while Erick Dampier collected 18 points and 11 rebounds for Golden State, which won for just the second time in 11 games.

Speedy Claxton, playing in place of Nick Van Exel, who was placed on the injured list Thursday with a swollen left knee, finished with 11 points, 11 assists and seven rebounds.

Adonal Foyle was activated from the injured list prior to the game. Foyle has missed 34 games this season after knee surgery on November 6.

Golden State has dropped nine in a row on the road and is 4-15 away from home this season.

Phoenix has won three of its last five and nine of its last 13 against the Warriors. Golden State has also dropped 15 of its last 17 in the desert.
