Atlanta Hawks Team Report - November 18 11.18.2004
|
(Basketball News) - The Hawks suffered a 93-86 loss to the Indiana Pacers at Conseco Fieldhouse on Wednesday night.
Al Harrington, facing his former club for the first time, scored a season-high 30 points for the Hawks, who failed to capture consecutive wins for the first time this season.
Harrington, who was dealt to the Hawks in the offseason in exchange for Stephen Jackson, carried Atlanta early, but the team failed to close the deal in the second half despite a late rally.
Antoine Walker added 16 points, seven boards and five assists for Atlanta, which scored only 13 third-quarter points to fall for the sixth time in eight outings this season.
Josh Childress scored 10 points off the bench for the Hawks.
The Hawks have the next two days off before hosting Utah on Saturday night at Philips Arena.
