(Basketball News) - The Chicago Bulls hope to avoid their fourth consecutive loss this evening when they face the Atlanta Hawks in a battle of Central Division cellar-dwellars at Philips Arena.
Chicago’s latest setback came on Friday, as it was on the wrong end of a 115-105 decision against the Milwaukee Bucks at the United Center. Jannero Pargo scored a career-high 34 points for the Bulls, who have lost 10 of their last 12 games.
Marcus Fizer, playing in his first game since February 28th, added a season- high 24 points in defeat.
Chicago fell to 2-24 on the year when allowing at least 100 points, but suffered its first loss in eight chances this season when reaching the century mark.
The Bulls have dropped eight of nine and 17 of their last 19 on the road and are 7-28 away from home this season.
Chicago has split its two meetings with the Hawks this year, but have won three of the last five meetings. The Bulls, though, have dropped three of their last four in Dixie.
