=== Atlanta Hawks Team Report - February 1 ===

(Basketball News) - The Hawks posted a narrow 80-79 victory over the Orlando Magic at Philips Arena on Monday night.

Antoine Walker hit the game-winning jumper with 2.3 seconds remaining to lift the Hawks to the victory. Walker, who scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, hit a fade away jumper over rookie Dwight Howard to help the Hawks end a four-game losing streak.

Walker has been solid for the Hawks this season, registering 20.1 points and 9.4 rebounds per contest. The veteran has been a part of a lot of trade rumors though, including one that has him back in Boston by the deadline.

Tony Delk went for a team-high 17 points for Atlanta, which nearly blew a 12- point fourth-quarter lead. Al Harrington tallied 16 points, grabbed six rebounds and dished out a career-high nine assists for the Hawks, who won for only the second time in nine outings.

Predrag Drobnjak finished with 11 points for the Hawks, who shot 43.4 percent from the field. Atlanta hit 4-of-15 (.267) from three-point range and 10-of-14 (.714) from the free throw line.

The Hawks were outrebounded, 42-41, while committing 16 turnovers which led to 26 Orlando points. Atlanta recorded 22 assists to just nine for the Magic in the contest.

Atlanta, which owns the worst record (9-34) in the Eastern Conference, is 28th in the league in scoring (90.3 ppg). Meanwhile, the Hawks are 21st in the league in points allowed (99.2 ppg).

The Hawks will hit the road to take on the Detroit Pistons at the Palace of Auburn Hills on Wednesday night. Atlanta will remain on the road against Philadelphia on Friday before hosting Indiana on Saturday to close out the week.
