The Celtics are 0-2 on the trip and suffered a 107-104 loss to the Miami Heat on Thursday night. They opened the trip with a loss at Memphis.
Against the Heat, Paul Pierce scored 34 points and Wally Szczerbiak netted 30 points for Boston, losers of three of its last four games.
Boston, which will close out the swing on Sunday at Indiana, is 1-3 in its last four road games and only 8-23 away from Beantown this season.
The Magic, meanwhile, have won three of their last four games following a six- game losing streak.
On Wednesday against the Utah Jazz, Jameer Nelson had 25 points and nine assists as Orlando edged Utah in overtime, 114-108, at TD Waterhouse Centre.
Hedo Turkoglu scored 20 points while Tony Battie posted 19 points and seven rebounds for Orlando. Dwight Howard had a double-double with 16 points and 11 boards in the win.
After Friday’s game with Boston, the Magic will hit the road for two games at Atlanta and Charlotte. Orlando is 17-14 as the host this season.
Friday’s game will be the fourth and final meeting of the season between Orlando and Boston.
The Magic are 2-1 after posting wins on November 28 in Boston and February 4 in Orlando. Boston countered with a home victory on February 12.
The Celtics have won five of the last seven meetings, but has dropped four of six in Orlando.
