(Basketball News) - Eddy Curry finished with 22 points and eight rebounds to lead Chicago to a 105-90 win over Orlando at the United Center.
Kirk Hinrich delivered 18 points and nine assists for the Bulls, who snapped a two-game losing streak. Ben Gordon also scored 18 points and has reached double-figures in five straight games.
Early in the third quarter, the Bulls extended their lead to 68-41. Chris Duhon’s three-pointer 4:23 into the third capped their 8-4 flurry.
Chicago’s edge ballooned to 82-49 on five straight points by Luol Deng with 2:52 to go in the quarter.
The Magic ended the third trailing 87-57. They got within 15 points in the final two minutes of the fourth quarter, but no closer.
Deng registered 15 points and seven rebounds for the Bulls, who improved to 7-8 at home this season. As a team, the Bulls had a 46-41 rebounding edge and have outrebounded their opponents in nine of their last 10 contests.
Chicago returns to the court on Monday against the Detroit Pistons.
