(Basketball News) - Reggie Miller shot 6-of-9 from the floor and scored a team-high 18 points, leading the Indiana Pacers to a 99-81 victory over the Boston Celtics on Friday at the FleetCenter.
Al Harrington and Jonathan Bender came off the bench to score 16 points apiece, as the Pacers ran their winning streak to seven games. Jamaal Tinsley and Ron Artest added 10 points apiece in the winning effort.
Scot Pollard did not dress for Indiana due to the stomach flu.
The Pacers have won eight of their last nine road games. Indiana improved to 24-10 on the road this season.
Indiana is off until Sunday when it visits the Cleveland Cavaliers. This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two teams. The Pacers have won the three previous contests.
Miller has scored in double digits in four of his last six games. He has averaged 13.7 points in that span.
