LaFrentz returns from injured list

Boston, MA (Basketball News) - The Boston Celtics have activated forward Raef LaFrentz from the injured list. He had been sidelined with right knee tendinitis.

LaFrentz has appeared in eight games this season for the Celtics, averaging 8.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 22.3 minutes.

In six NBA seasons, LaFrentz has averaged 12.1 points and seven rebounds with Denver, Dallas and the Celtics.

To make room on the roster, Boston placed forward Kendrick Perkins on the injured list. Perkins has not appeared in a game this season.
