=== Miami Heat Team Report - March 30 ===

(Basketball News) - Miami continued its domination of the East on Tuesday, recording a 103-91 victory over the Toronto Raptors at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Shaquille O’Neal scored a game-high 28 points to spur the Heat to their team- record 17th straight home win. O’Neal went 11-of-17 from the field and added nine rebounds for Miami, which has won 14 of 16 overall.

Dwyane Wade netted 27 points to go along with eight assists, while Eddie Jones notched his second double-double of the season with 11 points and a season- high 11 boards before leaving the game in the final two minutes with a leg injury.

Jones appeared to injure his right leg during an attempt to save the ball from going out of bounds, sliding into the courtside seats. He was helped off the floor and went directly to the locker room. It is unknown the extent of his injury.

Damon Jones rounded out the double-digit scorers for the Heat with 14 points, including 2-of-3 from three-point range. The talented point guard is third in the league with 192 three-point field goals made on the year.

Miami, which outrebounded Toronto 44-38, shot 49 percent from the field, while limiting the Raptors to 43 percent.

Prior to the game, Miami activated Qyntel Woods from the injured list and placed forward Rasual Butler on the injured list with right knee patella tendinitis. Woods didn’t play in the contest.

The Heat now lead the Eastern Conference playoff race by 10 games over idle Detroit. Miami has already clinched the Southeast Division title.

Up next, the Heat will visit Indiana on Thursday. Miami will then close out its week in New Orleans on Saturday.
