Boozer placed on injured list

 
Salt Lake City, UT (Basketball News) - The Utah Jazz placed forward Carlos Boozer on the injured list with a strained right foot.

Boozer sustained the injury during a game against Phoenix on February 14 and has now missed the last six contests, including Wednesday’s game versus Atlanta.

The 23-year-old Boozer has started 51 games this season and is averaging a team-high 17.8 points to go along with 9.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest.
