Phoenix Suns Team Report - November 8

(Basketball News) - Shawn Marion finished with 20 points and eight rebounds to lead Phoenix to a 96-88 win over Memphis at America West Arena.

Amare Stoudemire contributed 18 points and seven boards for the Suns, who snapped a two-game losing streak. Stephon Marbury chipped in with 16 points, nine assists and six rebounds.

Jahidi White, in his first game with Phoenix after being acquired in a trade with Washington on Wednesday, finished with 13 points.

Joe Johnson posted 12 points for the Suns.

Phoenix has won four of the last five meetings in the series and 12 of its last 13 at home over the Grizzlies.

The Suns are off until Monday when they travel to Oakland to meet the Golden State Warriors.
