Tony Parker: I Didn’t Cheat on Eva Longoria

This isn’t normally our area of expertise, but occasionally gossip collides with the world of hoops and we feel obliged to post the (non-)news. Today, Tony Parker and Eva Longoria officially denied the rumor that T.P. had been posting up on another woman. A source calling itself "omg!" has what might liberally be termed "the story".

The San Antonio Spurs star and his wife, Eva Longoria, issued a statement Wednesday night defending their marriage against claims by a French model that she had an affair with Parker in September.

"I love my wife," Parker, 25, said in the statement from Longoria’s spokeswoman, Liza Anderson. "She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier."

"Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband," said the 32-year-old actress, who stars on ABC’s "Desperate Housewives."

The obvious question to ask now is "What sort of woman could possibly make a man want to cheat on Eva Longoria?"



There’s your answer. For the record, that’s one Miss Alexandra Paressant, former girlfriend of Brazilian soccer player Ronaldinho.
