Wife Siohvaughn: Dwyane Wade Gave Me an STD

While the divorce proceedings between Siohvaughn and Dwyane Wade may have initially seemed as civil as one could hope, things have apparently taken a turn for the worse in recent days. According to a report in the Miami Herald, the soon-to-be-former Mrs. Wade has claimed that husband Dwyane infected her with a sexually-transmitted disease during their marriage, and demands that he reveal the names of all the women with whom he slept in the course of their relationship.
Siohvaughn Wade (née Funches) also accuses the NBA All-Star, champion and Olympian of neglecting his children and mismanaging finances.
Dwyane, named a ’’Father of the Year’’ in 2007 by the National Father’s Day Committee, has gone ’’months’’ without seeing his boys, Siohvaughn says. His ’’failure to spend time with them . . . has resulted in the children at times being afraid of him; in fact, Zion . . . does not recognize or know Dwyane.’’ She wants sole custody, and support.

"Dwyane has dissipated substantial sums of marital property including . . . buying his mother a $2 million church; placing substantial sums of money in an account with another woman; providing numerous friends and family members with unfettered access to accounts with hundreds of thousands of dollars of marital funds from which they made substantial withdrawals . . .’’
Naturally, Dwyane Wade and his lawyers aren’t taking it lying down.
Dwyane’s Windy City attorney, James Pritikin, issued a statement: ``These malicious allegations are absolutely false and we look forward to the opportunity to dispute them in court.’

Says Pritikin: ``It is sad that an obviously angry and bitter woman will go to any lengths to publicly damage Mr. Wade.’’

They always have parties in various places, such as the four seasons, where they always try to go for the white chicks. As a matter of fact i walked into the room and some girl wa pulling up her pants while there where 4 guys in the room, including dwayne.The money and fame obviously got to him, sometimes you cant blame them, but he is always here, always showing of his cars n always having different women,I am just a neighbor and see him here 24/7. . | Posted by

on 06.9.2009 | ok, its Wade’s money, he’s the one who worked for all of his cars and who worked to have his soon to be ex living the life she does, i think that money gets to the head and this proves it, nobody thinks of a prenup when ur a broke student at the university, he didnt even get his superstar status untill he was already settled into the nba, it was all about LeBron and Mellow at first so im sure he thuht there was really no need for a prenup, plus, he knew he was ballin and still didnt get one, which means he probibly didnt plan on divorcing her anyway, and again its ok for him to give his mother and their community the gift of heaven if they can, after all she has done for them, getting her life straight and all, and Wade is smart, i doubt he would just give away money, also athletes lives are hardly private, why would he creep around? someone is gonna realize its Flash, i mean your talkin bout one of the best ball players around!!! so my opinion, and let me state again OPINION is that this whole thing is in the name of MONEY! think you guys, how many times do people do and say bad things for the love of money, im telling you, it is taking over the world, and Wade doesnt seem like that kind of guy, and he must have really loved her beacuse he has been sexy all his life and his wife recently got an upgrade, thanks to whom... yea i thought so, father of the years dont ditch their kids, and ive watched interviews when he just got off the phone with them, but also pro athletes have buisy scheduals, but i doubt that they are too buisy for their own lives. so people need to leave the situation alone and stop trying to embarras him, aka ex wife . | Posted by

on 03.10.2009 | For the morons that think D Wade is absolved of anything because he tested negative for an STD, you should know that some STDs are curable... e.g. syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia. These are all treated with antibiotics. Stop being ignorant. Disclaimer: I have not followed this story, and don’t know if D. Wade had tested negative. And I also don’t have an opinion on his guilt. If she has an STD...she got while laying on her back with someone besides her husband. A man doesn’t turn bad overnight. If he is bad...he as been bad from day one. If he was cheating on her, neglecting his children, and throwing away THEIR money, then he deserves every bit of the bad press he’s currently getting, plus more. Do you think he would be able to work, traveling like he does for the NBA, and make money at all if she wasn’t there to care for their children? Being a mother is so devalued in our society. It’s a shame! You can’t actually think that caring for 2 young children 24 hours a day is a worthless job, can you? Let’s see him miss one of his games because one of the kids are sick or leave at halftime so he can be home to read bedtime stories to his boys! He is in the wrong no matter how u slice the bread and if u are really a supporter you should encourage him to do the right things and not neglect his wrong doings. In order to make a person better and prove you love them you must show them when they are wrong and right. His promise was to his wife and if anything that should speak for its self. And who knows if the std is even curable and does anybody deserve that despite the lifestyle they choose, if we as common people have to be accountable so does the famous. He not only disappointed and embarrassed his wife but he also embarrassed his children. I’m dissappointed in Siovaughn for putting his business out there, she knows he’s a star and this is what she decides to do - he is the father of your children - what a shame. I’m not making excuses for him but he’s only 23/24yrs old. It also shocks me how these women pop all these kids and their relationship is not stable. All the best..
