Nike Dunk High Supreme Tier 0 - Yellow, Red, Blue 02.19.2008 - Updated on 02.19.2008
 | | | | | | | | | | Model: Nike Dunk High Supreme Tier 0 (Be True Series) Release Date: March 29th Price: €150 Other: Currently limited to Tier 0 accounts Nike continues its excellent "Be True" series with the release of three new colourways. I’m sure these are going to divide opinion, but personally I love them. The texture of the mesh tones down the lurid colours, and the detail on the laces is a nice addition. Throw in a two-tone outsole that brings the colours of the swoosh the upper together, and you have one sharp shoe. Fellow Dunk fanatics will appreciate the use of mesh in the toecap, a feature which means the sneaker will stay looking new longer than regular Dunks, which have a horrible tendency to crease and deform horribly within a day or two’s light use. I even perfected a strategic limp known as the "new sneaker shuffle" designed to limit the stress on my new Dunks, but even with my stiff-legged gait, it wouldn’t take more than a walk to the bodega and back before the toe of my new kicks looked like my great aunt’s forehead. Unfortunately, if you’re based in the U.S. and looking to cop a pair of these, you might have to find yourself a Continental hook-up. The late-March release is exclusive to European Tier 0 accounts, and there’s no word if they’ll ever show up in America. I’ll be leaving Europe a week before they drop, so I may have to leave some money with my people on that side of the pond for these. If you’re looking to do likewise, you’ll have to save up a princely €150, which is about $220 these days.

Posted by Jimbo on 02.19.2008 | I don’t know about that. I figure they’d look good with shorts. Anyone know if they’re ever going to be sold in America? . | Posted by sneaker pimp on 02.19.2008 | uglyyyy - too much of one color kills these sneakers. they should have put more white in them. . |
