Posted by on 06.21.2008 | Wow. How do you have the Kings picking Budinger at 12. They already have 3 shooting guards (K-Mart, Cisco, Douby). Why add another one? . | Posted by Yahh Boi on 06.16.2008 | **O.J. Mayo** Next NBA superstar!... whoever drafts him is getting a huge steal...... he’s better than Derrick Rose and Michael Beastley... . | Posted by Tiffany in Ohio on 06.16.2008 | Las Vegas Guy: Jim O’Brien’s offense is made for a PG like D.J. Augustin, that would be the best place for him to thrive. Hopefully he’ll wind up with them. I believe this years draft class, will produce some of the most talented second rounders ever selected, I can’t wait unitl June 26th! . | Posted by M. Albom on 06.15.2008 | It’s very much possible the Heat would go with Mayo, than Beasley if they can’t get Rose. Miami would also rather trade down, and let another team select Beasley than take him. The Heat Personnel just isn’t sold on him being the right guy in Miami. . | Posted by Mike on 06.14.2008 | LOL at u think Mayo is goin #2 . | Posted by Terra S on 06.14.2008 | I agree Marcus Dove should get drafted, he’ll be the next Bruce Bowen. The mock drafts have also been dissing Drew Neitzel, Brian Roberts, DeMarcus Nelson, Reggie Williams, Chris Lofton, and Trent Plaisted. They all are very good players capable of contributing in the NBA, escpecially worthty enough to be drafted. I think this mock has them in solid spots . | Posted by Oklahoma State Cowboy! on 06.14.2008 | I’m feelin this mock draft, it has alot of valid selections. I’m gald one person finally realizes this is just not a 2 person draft, and that it is not guaranteed that Michael Beasley or even Derrick Rose are the top 2 picks. I truly believe Riley doesn’t want Michael Beasley, and if he can’t get Derrick Rose, he’d rather go with O.J. Mayo. I’m also gald someone finally put Marcus Dove in a draft, he is clearly one of the top defenders in college, he may had a few issues in school, but he has corrected them, and should get drafted. . | Posted by KGdaBom on 06.13.2008 | This would be a dream draft for the Wolves with the exception of not getting a Center. Still Beasley is the best player in the draft and Walker has a very high upside and Chalmers is a very good talent for the second round. Let it be so. . | Posted by unknown on 06.13.2008 | it’s pretty accurate just a little off target, because for 1 mayo isnt goin 2nd . | Posted by John Doe on 06.10.2008 | I’ve looked at about 8-9 mock drafts and this one and draftexpress are the only two that I like. I must say also I’m not sold on Derrick Rose he was solid in college, but he may be overhyped as a pro, Michael Beasley as well. I think O.J. may start off slow in his career, but after three years he’ll be a superstar, unlike the other two. I think this draft will have alot of bust in it. . | Posted by Lil Cricket on 06.10.2008 | My lottery pick order is: 1. Michael Beasley, 2. Derrick Rose, 3. Kevin Love, 4. O.J. Mayo, 5. Brook Lopez, 6. Jerryd Bayless, 7. Eric Gordon, 8. Danilo Gallinari, 9. DeAndre Jordan, 10. Anthony Randolph, 11. D.J. Augustin, 12. Russell Westbrook, 13. Darrell Arthur, 14. Kosta Koufos. To me these are the top 14 players in the draft . | Posted by Las Vegas Guy on 06.10.2008 | I hope to see D.J. Augustin go to either the Knicks, or the Kings. I think those would be great fits for him. It wouldn’t be bad if he went to the Pacers, but I don’t like how Jim O’Brien uses his point guards. I actually like O.J. going to the heat, and from what I’m hearing the Heat would rather trade down than to have Micheal Beasley in their uniform, they like his skill, but his attitude and him being in the Miami environment is putting them off a little bit. I like Kosta going to Cleveland and eventually taking Big Z’s spot. Reggie Williams would thrive in Houston, Marcus Dove is probably the best defender in college, he would fit well in the D. Joey Dorsey going to the bulls, would give them what they were looking for in Ben Wallace when they signed him. KG could groom Serge Ibaka to take his spot in the future. Kentrell Grandsberry will be the next Al Jefferson if he plays to his potential he’ll be a major steal for the heat or whoever drafts him. Also I don’t like Anthony Randolph, Russell Westbrook, Chase Budinger, Joe Alexander, and DeAndre Jordan being so high on alot of mock drafts. I think they’ll be bust or won’t live up to the hype . | Posted by Amir Malik Shakur, Jr on 06.10.2008 | Alot of these selections aren’t bad. But a few that I don’t hope to see is A.Randolph going to the Knicks I think he will be a bust. I would rather have Eric Gordon. I’d like to see D.J. Augustin some how be reunited with Kevin Durant on the supersonics. I think Danilo Gallinari is overrated and won’t be that great of a pro, so I hope he falls to the mid-first round. I would rather see Nicolas Batum be drafted before Danilo. Last but not least NBDL-player Mike Taylor is gonna be the steal of the draft, remember I said it here first. I like that selection of him going to Washington, where the PG spot is always a chance for PT because of the injuries . | Posted by Karl Thibodeu on 06.10.2008 | As a Miami Heat fan, I definitely would rather have, O.J. Mayo than Michael Beasley or Derrick Rose. I honestly believe he will have the best career out of the 3 of them. I think he would be the best addition for D-Wade and Shawn Marion. People will probably say how can you choose O.J. over Michael, but I think the team is better off with O.J. It helps that Pat Riley and D-Wade loved O.J. during the workout and felt real good about him possibly joining the team. Of course Rose and Beasley still need to workout, but I’d love Mayo to be on the Heat . |
