Could Adam Haluska be a steal?

Could Adam Haluska be a steal

Adam Haluska is a 6’5, 210 pounds and is underrated that doesn’t get as much attention as he should. His ability to shoot the ball gives him a great shot to be a role player on someones team.

He is a great free throw shooter, and he can get his shot off quickly with his quick release. He is a player that likes to play to his strengths and not go overboard beyond what he can do. He has a great character, a hard worker, and a solid leader. He is a very patient player who lets the game come to him and he can get hot in a hurry. He has good body strength and is a good finisher after contact. He has good ball-handling skills, good court vision and is an unselfish player. Adam is a creative and can easily draw fouls, and can come off screens real well to create his shots. He does pretty good at moving without the ball. He is also ok defensively and works hard to create steals.

Adam doesn’t have a good first step, so it’s difficult to separate from his defenders. He is a better shooter when his feet are set, more than when he is shooting off the dribble. He is one of those flopping players who tries to get refs attention by drawing contact, and most of the time it’s not needed. He struggles against quicker players. His shot can be inconsistent sometimes. He should be more assertive and could take over more when he’s needed. He is a year older than most seniors, because he had a transfer year, and his potential may be at it’s peak, so what you see now is probably what you’ll get for his career.

He’ll basically be a shooter off the bench, but with his solid play he could be a steal for a team that selects him late in the draft, or brings him in as an undrafted free agent. He sort of reminds me of a buddy of mine Eric Piatkowski.

he’ll be ok in the preseason, but if anybody decides to put some pressure on him, he’ll be overseas in a new york minute. wish him the best of luck though. .

He forced up too many shots because he was the only player on his team that could create his own shot. He is fast, a good defender, and he makes shots if he is open. He could be a steal and fit in perfectly for a team like Cleaveland. .

His flopping and flailing won’t cut it in the professional ranks - if he makes it. His game is better suited for overseas. He tends to force a lot of shots and doesn’t do well when defenses body up on him. .

He reminds me of a combo of Eric Piatkowski and Bobby Sura. He should beable to catch on with a team and be in the the league for atleast a few years. I think he may bounce around the league and maybe even overseas. .

We love him here in the Iowa area, and would love to see him become a Bulls player. They could use a good shooter and a quality bench player, like when Eric Piatkowski played for us. .

I think he could be a steal, for a winning team that needs a shooter. I’m sure if he’ll get drafted though. .
