Greg Oden is a good shotblocker all he has on the offensive end is a dropstep. Will be a great player in Portland. alters alot of shots. Kevin Durant is better. .

Durant is hands down the best player in the draft no arguments. I feel that Durant will be 20+ and 10+ in his first year if not better. But in Odens defense you cannot pa-------up on a 7’ manchild. If I was Portland I would pick up Durant and find another Big Man to compliment Randolph. But this team cannot go wrong with either player .

Greg Oden a once in a life time player he is a dime dozen he is like great giants in the past like patrick ewing or shaq and karem abdul-jabbar but with more power there is no way that the blazers don’t take him number one durant is a great player but lets face it he is not that strong he can’t even lift up 185 once!!! but he is still worth the number two pick he will still be great but at number one you would be out of your mind not to take Oden there but if some how they were to pick durant it would be ok but Greg Oden is a championship away kind of pick he will make a impact right away. .

NBA championships are still won in the middle. Fundamentally sound players are better than falshy players, if you want to win a championship that is. Who would you rather have, Tim Duncan or Tracy Mcgrady? .

Greg Oden Is a great top 5 pick, but I would choose Durant over Oden. He’s a great player dont get me wrong.Greg Oden almost reminds me of a player that wasnt even drafted in 1996 This guy is one of the best defenders in the NBA now....and his Name is Ben Wallace.Oden is a shot blocker can shoot the ball pretty well (Much better FT shooter than Wallace) but I think he needs more help on the defence end just alittle bit more but other than that he’ a Number 2 pick in the NBA draft ...I know He’ll be number 1 pick anyways so good luck Big O .

Making him look good?? Conley and the Buckeyes barely fed him the ball when he was in position to score. Its almost like Matta was trying to hamper his stats so he would stay another year. It was only when the rest of the team failed in the Championship game did they FINALLY feed him the ball like they should, and LOOK WHAT HAPPENED!! HE DOMINATED NOAH & HORFORD.P.S - Dikembe Mutombo hasnt jumped 35 inches in his dreams. This guy is an Amare / Shaq hybrid. Brute force with freak athletecism. Once he gets a jump shot out to the free throw line, he will DOMINATE! GO BLAZERS!!! .

Yeah, 25 pts, 14 rbs and 4 blks in the Championship game really reminds me of Dikembe Mutombo......NOOOOTTTTT. You have no basketball clue. Hs post spins are quicker than any 7 footer in recent memory, his shooting wrist was BROKEN all last year, and he has a 35 inch vertical leap. Not to mention that scouts have said that his offensive game has been getting better by the day and is far ahead of any other 7 footers in the last 15 years by age 19....19 YEARS OLD!!! By age 20 or 21 he will be averaging 18+ pts, 12+Rbs, and 3+ blks. .

greg oden is a good player but mike conley isnt given enough credit for making him look good the best thing that can happen to greg oden is if the blazers can trade up to take conley or just do the right thing and take durant at one where he belongs i guarantee oden wont look nearly as impressive with jack feeding him mike conley feeds oden the ball like hes getting paid for it .

Gred Oden will be a beast. I think people have forgotten what this man has done. He broke his right hand and had to train his left to be the dominant hand and did so withj amazing success. With an NBA coaching stafff there develope his game he will have no problem adjusting to the NBA. I dont think he’s Mutumbo, Shaq or david robinson, More Like Amare Stoudamire. When he gets to Boston with Pierce and Al Jefferson he’s not gonna have to worry about double and triple teams and thats why he will destroy anyone down in the post .

Oden will have a massive impact in the NBA. Everybody talks about how limited his offensive game is. He has some solid post moves. He will be a beast on the defensive side of the ball. Should be the #1 pick .
