Im not a big Duke fan but anytime u can get a quality player like McRoberts outside of the lottery you have to jump on it he will be n the league for years to come and he will be a good role player .

I think Josh is for the Nets, he seems like the kind of player that would play for the Nets. I do not think he will dominate but I think he could start as their forward...with what they have. .

Hey, I’ve been watching this kid since high school. He’s a spoiled kid and his parent’s never taught him how to handle disappointment. When he wasn’t named Mr. Basketball in Indiana, his mommy called the Indiana All-Star game director and made a lame excuse my Joshy couldn’t come out to play for the Indiana HS All Star team. He’s a cry-baby that’s in for a butt kickin’ in the NBA. .

Josh Mcroberts is just a big bust waiting to happen he has bust written all over him he can only dunk and lets face it do you really think guys like Amare, Tim, Dwight, and even Shaq are going to let a guy like Josh dunk in their face every single time I don’t think so he has no ouside nor inside game his jumper is way weak he needed to stay in college and get his degree because he has no furture as an NBA player .

If I was a GM I would not draft this guy. Hell, with the exception of a few, I would not draft any Duke Players. Historically they do not do well in the NBA. Look for Roberts to continue that trend. .

He should be in the top ten. He can score and rebound pretty good but his ball handling is better than any other center or forward in the draft. .

needs more school but doesnt want to loose potential as he gets older and fall out of the first i think he is a very unselfish player will be a starter but never an allstar .

New Jersey will regret picking up Josh. It is an extremely bad idea .

First off I am a Duke fan. Now I love Josh and I think his game is great. A big guy with passing ability that can handle the rock. In most of his game at Duke he would have the ball and would have a drive to the basket but would not take it. He is not aggressive at this point. So if he lands on a team that can get that out of him he will be one of the steals of the Draft. .

Okay. Not good not bad. If he goes in the first round though, that team will be kicking themself for making the pick. .

SOME PLAYERS ARE A BETTER FIT FOR THE NBA GAME THAN THE COLLEGE, AND MCROBERTS WILL BE A PRIME EXAMPLE OFF THAT. ESPECIALLY IF HE DOESNT GO TO A HORRIBLE TEAM .

Josh will be a mediocure player and should have stayed at Duke one more year because if he did they had a legitamate shot at a national championship and his stock would have gone up significantly and wouldnt be a late first rounder or possibly a second rounder .

Never lived up to what Duke fans thought he could be. He could never be Laettner or Ferry type player as expected. A real disappointment. His play this year was the big reason Duke did not play like Duke. No HEART for the game. He would have been a good player this year for Duke and could have really helped. I do not think he will be able to perform at the NBA level very long. Maybe a second round pick. Too slow and only shoots layups. Sorry to dish a Duke player but it is true. .

McRoberts shouldn’t be projected at pick number 17 he will at least be pick number 5 I believe this guy can single handedly whoop a team if I were the Suns I would go for him. Even though they have stars like Steve Nash, Shawn Marion, and Amare Stoudemire go for Josh McRoberts it doesn’t hurt to have four stars but the salary cap is tough to deal with go for him Suns go. .
