Portland, OR (Basketball News) - Jeremiah Dominguez poured in a game-high 21 points in leading the University of Portland Pilots to a convincing 93-65 victory over the Cal Poly Mustangs in a non-conference affair from the Chiles Center in Oregon.
Darren Cooper added 16 points for the Pilots (4-1), who won their fourth straight game. Pooh Jeter turned in 15 points and seven assists in the victory, while Dreshawn Vance notched a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Mike Titchenal paced the Mustangs (0-3) in defeat with 13 points off the bench. Andrew Haskins and Derek Stockalper each tallied 11 points in the losing cause.
The Pilots started off the game with a 24-7 run en route to a commanding 40-21 lead at the break.
