Princeton, NJ (Basketball News) - Andre Logan registered a double-double with 12 points and a game-high 14 rebounds in helping the Princeton Tigers to a commanding 59-46 victory over the Cornell Big Red in Ivy League play from Jadwin Gym.
Scott Greenman added 12 points, while Judson Wallace, Will Venable and Luke Owings each tallied 11 in the win for the Tigers (17-7, 10-1 Ivy), their sixth in a row and 11th in the last 12 outings overall.
The Big Red (11-14, 6-6) had just one player score in double figures as Ka’Ron Barnes posted 14 points in just 4-of-12 from the field for Cornell which lost for the third straight time.
Cornell failed to find the mark from the field in the first half, converting just 25.9 percent, including 1-of-11 beyond the arc, allowing the Tigers to a take a 27-18 lead at the break.
In the second half the Big Red continued to struggle from behind the three- point line (1-of-5), while Princeton was hitting 43.5 percent from the floor in taking the 13-point win at home.
