Columbus, OH (Basketball News) - LeBron James scored a game-high 22 points to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to an 87-83 win over the Toronto Raptors in an exhibition game at Nationwide Arena.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Damon Jones added 19 points apiece for the Cavaliers, while Donyell Marshall netted 14.

Rafael Araujo posted 17 points and eight rebounds for the Raptors. Jalen Rose and Morris Peterson chipped in 13 points apiece in the loss.
