Bobcats continue road trip in Utah 03.5.2007

Utah begins a three-game homestand this evening. Mehmet Okur poured in 28 points and pulled down nine rebounds, as the Jazz defeated the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets, 108-94, on Sunday at the Ford Center.
Deron Williams added 20 points and dished out six assists for the streaking Jazz, who have won four of their last five and 11 of their last 13 games overall. Carlos Boozer ended with 17 points and 12 boards in the victory.
The Jazz are 22-7 at home this season. They will host the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday and the Hornets on Saturday.
Charlotte has lost five in a row and plays the fifth of a season-long six-game road trip. On Sunday, Ray Allen scored 34 points as the Seattle SuperSonics defeated the Bobcats, 96-89, at KeyArena.
Gerald Wallace had 19 points and nine rebounds for the Bobcats, while rookie Adam Morrison scored 17 points off the bench in his return to the state where he starred in college at Gonzaga.
The Bobcats, who will visit the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday at the US Airways Center, are just 9-22 on the road this season.
This is the second and final meeting of the season between the teams. On December 22nd, Raymond Felton finished with 18 points and 12 assists to help the Bobcats defeated Utah, 101-89, at Charlotte Bobcats Arena.
The Bobcats, who have won three of the five contests between the squads, are 2-0 at Utah.
