Andrew Bogut added 13 points and 12 rebounds for Milwaukee, which was playing its first game under new head coach Larry Krystkowiak. who took over after Terry Stotts was fired on Wednesday. Lynn Greer and Ruben Patterson donated 14 points apiece for the Bucks, who shot 53.4 percent.
Brent Barry scored 20 points for the Spurs, who had been holding opponents to 42 percent shooting during the winning streak. Tony Parker contributed 15 points and eight assists and Tim Duncan added 13 points and 13 boards for San Antonio.
Greer, who scored all of his career-high 14 points in the fourth quarter, put Milwaukee ahead 92-85 with a three-pointer with 4:25 to go. Greer, then drilled another trey with 2:41 left that extended the lead to 95-86 with just 2:41 left to play.
