Cavs Tell LeBron James to Take Some Time off

  By C.Y. Ellis

While LeBron James may give the impression of being indestructible, word from Cleveland is that the Cavaliers are telling him to take a brief break to recharge his batteries.

The Cavs have told James to stay away from the gym for a few weeks after coming back from the Olympics in China. They know he is in excellent condition, and they don’t want him to be worn down. Of course, cutting his minutes (and Williams should help that) is a key in the regular season. - Cleveland.com

While a couple of weeks away from the court may do wonders for his legs, you have to wonder about the condition of his back given that he’ll be expected to carry the Cavaliers this coming season. What should the Cavs do to help King James out this year? Bench him more? Add new players? Let us know what you think in the comment box below.

WHo gives a damn about Lebron James. He doesnt have a ring and he is too inferior to win a ring. He will never ever win a ring because he is a loser. .

i agree but ading mo williams helps the cavs. im not sayin zydrunas cant do that job but cavs need a big man who can score down low. sure big ben had been dominant in defence most of his caree but hes getting on in age and clearly his form has long left him, by adding a decent player to help back up lebron would do wonders not entirly a scroing big man but some one who can bring excitment and make big defence playes or offencsive playes when called upon. cavs have a few big men zydrunus big ben j.j hickson and varjeo(spell?) but they need some one decent addig a big man hu can excite the crowd. with james scoring mo adding points and setting up players a big man down low could take even more pressure of the cavs. .

he needs a few stronger better guards. gibson aint gonna cut it even though hes tight... they need some experience..a strong point or shooting guard will most likely be the best option for lebron... .

Vote 4 Ralph Nader, that is the real change For America. The Cavs need to do all the above, rest him more, add a real side kick to take pressure off him, and have consistent outside shooters. If "Booby" and "Wall-E" can stay healthy and consistent that would help that department .
