(Basketball News) - The Bulls lost to the Bucks, 109-95, on Friday at the Bradley Center.
Marcus Fizer scored 19 points to lead the Bulls, who have lost four straight after giving new coach Scott Skiles a victory in his debut with the team. Kendall Gill added 18 points and Kirk Hinrich chipped in 17 for the Bulls, who have lost 11 of their last 12 games overall.
The Bulls rallied to tie the game at 87-87 on a three-pointer by Hinrich and a free throw by Gill with under six minutes to play in the fourth quarter.
Milwaukee answered with a 16-2 spurt to pull away for the win. Dan Gadzuric started the run to give the Bucks the lead for good and Damon Jones hit a pair of free throws with just over a minute to go to cap the run with Milwaukee in control, 103-89.
Chicago forward Scottie Pippen had surgery on his left knee Friday and will be out indefinitely. Pippen has missed nine of the Bulls’ first 21 games, seven of which were due to pain and swelling in his left knee. Friday’s surgery was the 10th for Pippen
The Bulls host the Pacers tonight.
Chicago is just 2-8 at home.
