Cleveland Cavaliers Team Report - March 24

(Basketball News) - The Cleveland Cavaliers lost their third straight game on Tuesday, as they fell to Phoenix Suns, 103-86, at Gund Arena.

LeBron James paced Cleveland with 25 points and six assists. Carlos Boozer chipped in 19 points and 14 rebounds for the Cavaliers, who have dropped three in a row — all at home.

Cleveland is just one-half game ahead of the Boston Celtics for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.

The Cavaliers are off until Friday when they visit the Philadelphia 76ers. It will be the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two clubs. Cleveland is 3-0 against the Sixers.

Boozer has averaged 19 points and 12.6 rebounds in his last 10 games. He has posted a double-double in four straight and 11 of his last 13 contests.

James has scored in double digits in 17 straight games. He has averaged 21.3 points in that span
