(Basketball News) - Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored a season-high 28 points to go along with eight rebounds and seven assists, as the Cavaliers upset the Philadelphia 76ers, 91-88, in overtime Saturday.
Ilgauskas was unstoppable in the first half, registering 18 points.
Rookie LeBron James contributed 22 points and eight assists for the Cavaliers, who beat the 76ers for the first time in 17 tries. Carlos Boozer added 15 points and 15 rebounds in the victory. Darius Miles grabbed 12 rebounds for Cleveland.
The Cavs beat Philly for the first time since April 2, 1999.
Cleveland returns to the court on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Clippers at Gund Arena.
