=== Cleveland Cavaliers Team Report - November 4 ===

(Basketball News) - The Cleveland Cavaliers try to get their first win of the season tonight when they head to South Beach to face Shaquille O’Neal and the Miami Heat at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Cleveland lost a double-overtime thriller in its season-opener on Wednesday, falling to the injury-riddled Indiana Pacers, 109-104.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas tied a career-high with 35 points and added 18 boards for Cleveland, which fell to 8-28 all-time in home openers.

LeBron James, who forced overtime with a game-tying three with one second remaining in regulation, netted 28, but missed a chance to be the hero in the first extra-stanza. Robert Traylor added 11 off the bench in the loss.

In the first overtime, Jamaal Tinsley’s three gave the Pacers a 94-93 lead with 29.7 seconds remaining, but James was fouled on the Cavs ensuing possession. He converted 1-of-2 from the line, tying the game at 94 with 2.9 left.

Ron Artest missed a potential game-winner at the other end as time expired to push the game into a second overtime.

The Cavs were outscored by Indiana 15-10 in the second extra session had their fate sealed when Austin Croshere buried a three-pointer with just under a minute to play to put the Pacers up for good.

Cleveland managed just a 12-29 mark away from home last year.

Last season the Cavs split their four matchups with the Heat, but could be at a disadvantage tonight, as the home team in this series has won the last seven contests. Cleveland has also dropped eight of 11 and 18 of its last 22 in Miami.
