Clippers’ Jaric placed on IL

Los Angeles, CA (Basketball News) - The Los Angeles Clippers have placed guard Marko Jaric on the injured list with a deep bone bruise in his left foot. Guard Doug Overton was activated from the IL to fill the roster spot.

Jaric, who has missed the last two games with the injury, is averaging 8.5 points and 4.8 assists in 58 games this season.

Overton, who has missed the last 11 games with a sprained left ankle, is averaging 3.6 points and 2.2 assists with the Clippers after signing with Los Angeles as a free agent on November 21, 2003.
