(Basketball News) - The Denver Nuggets play the second of a three-game road trip tonight at Miami against the Heat. Denver fell to the Orlando Magic, 102-98, on Friday at TD Waterhouse Centre.
Carmelo Anthony paced all scorers with 35 points in defeat for Denver, which had a three-game winning streak snapped. Marcus Camby posted a double-double with 12 points and 20 boards. Nene chipped in 15 points in the loss.
The Nuggets gave scored at least 100 points 26 times this season. Denver is 20-6 in those contests.
Denver, which has lost three of its last four on the road, is 11-16 as the visitor this season.
The Nuggets have won three straight over the Heat. Denver has lost 11 of its last 13 at Miami.
Anthony has scored in double digits in 21 straight games. He is averaging 30 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.7 rebounds in his last three contests.
