(Basketball News) - Jim Jackson scored 20 points and Yao Ming added 17 points and 11 rebounds as the Houston Rockets beat the Memphis Grizzlies, 88-80, at the Toyota Center.

Cuttino Mobley netted 15 points for the Rockets, who won a season-best fifth straight game.

Houston (39-26) is 13 games over .500 for the first time since 1999. The Rockets are 26-3 when they shoot 45 percent or better.

Jackson has scored in double digits in four straight games. He has averaged 18.5 points in that span.

The Rockets are off until Monday when they host the Phoenix Suns. It will be the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two squads. Houston is 1-2 against the Suns this season.
