=== Los Angeles Clippers Team Report - April 3 ===

(Basketball News) - The Los Angeles Clippers dropped their 10th consecutive game in hear-breaking fashion on Friday, as they found themselves on the wrong end of a 114-110 overtime decision against the equally woeful Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

Corey Maggette tied a career-high with 34 points for the Clippers, who dropped their 14th game in 15 tries and fell for the 18th time in their last 20 games.

Leading by three with just over three seconds to play in regulation, Jannero Pargo took an inbounds pass and buried a wide-open, straight-on three to tie the game at 104-104 with 1.1 seconds to go.

Following a time-out, Maggette missed a three-pointer and the game went to overtime.

The game was then knotted at 110 before Eddy Curry sank a jump-hook that put the Bulls up 112-110 with 23.1 seconds left.

After Brand missed a layup late in the final minute, Jamal Crawford made a pair of free throws to put Chicago up 114-110 with seven seconds to play.

At 27-50, the Clippers have already secured their 11th straight losing season, which is four short of the NBA record set by Kansas City, which moved to Sacramento before that streak ended.

LA will return to the court on Sunday when they open a brief two-game homestand against the playoff-hopeful Utah Jazz at the Staples Center. The Clippers have lost five straight and eight of their last nine at home and are 9-31 in their arena this season.

Los Angeles has dropped two of three to the Jazz this season and have dropped four of five and 19 of the last 21 meetings. Utah has also won 10 of its last 13 as the visitors in this series.
