NBA fines Spurs

New York, NY (Basketball News) - The National Basketball Association fined the San Antonio Spurs organization $50,000 on Tuesday for failing to make its players available for a required media session on Monday.

San Antonio is playing the Utah Jazz in the Western Conference finals and holds a 1-0 lead in the series after Sunday’s 108-100 victory in Game 1.

Game 2 is scheduled for Tuesday night.
