(Basketball News) - The Atlanta Hawks suffered their fourth consecutive loss on Saturday, as they found themselves on the wrong end of a 95-85 decision against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Shareef Abdur-Rahim had an excellent night for the Hawks with 43 points on 17- of-27 shooting. Abdur-Rahim also had 12 rebounds for Atlanta, which has dropped six of their last seven. Jason Terry netted 14 in the loss.
With less than six minutes to play in the game, Cleveland’s Darius Miles converted a three-point play for an 84-74 Cleveland lead. The Cavaliers later grabbed their biggest lead of the game at 93-80 on Jason Kapono’s basket en route to the big win.
Atlanta will return to the court on Tuesday when they host the Denver Nuggets.
