Denver, CO (Basketball News) - Carmelo Anthony and Earl Boykins each tallied 23 points, as the Denver Nuggets routed the depleted Indiana Pacers, 106-86, at the Pepsi Center.
Kenyon Martin added the inside presence with 16 points and six rebounds in the victory.
Andre Miller notched his second consecutive double-double with 11 points and 10 assists, and Greg Buckner also scored 11 points for Denver, which has won two straight games.
Stephen Jackson paced Indiana with 21 points and six rebounds, while Danny Granger and Fred Jones contributed 12 points apiece in the loss.
Anthony Johnson added 11 points for Indiana, which lost for the fifth time in six games.
The Pacers were without All-Star forward Jermaine O’Neal, who sat out the contest with the flu. Indiana also played without guard Jamaal Tinsley, who continues to miss time with a partially torn bicep.
