Cleveland, OH (Basketball News) - Allen Iverson scored a game-high 30 points to lead the Philadelphia 76ers over the Cleveland Cavaliers, 100-98, at Quicken Loans Arena.
Lee Nailon added 14 points and Kyle Korver tallied 11 points and seven rebounds for Philadelphia, which has won two in a row this preseason and was playing its first away from home.
Larry Hughes had 15 points and seven rebounds to lead the Cavs, who again played without star guard LeBron James and had their two-game win streak halted.
James spent the last two nights in a Cleveland hospital and has been diagnosed with pleurisy. He entered the hospital on Wednesday with chest pain and after some tests it was found that he is suffering from an inflammation of the thin layers of tissue covering the lungs and chest cavity. James was released from the hospital Friday.
The 20-year-old James is entering his third season in the NBA. The first overall pick in the 2003 draft has averaged 24.1 points, 6.6 assists and 6.4 rebounds in 159 career games.
