Down 84-82 late in the third, the Heat bridged the final two quarters with a 19-5 burst to grab control. Williams had 10 points during the surge, which was capped by an O’Neal bucket nearly four minutes into the fourth for a 101-89 cushion.
Later the Heat extended their cushion to as many as 20 points for the first time, when Walker connected on a bucket with three minutes left for a 115-95 advantage.
Francisco Garcia had 14 points for Sacramento, which has lost five straight to the Heat.
Miami ran out to a 37-24 lead after one quarter, but the Kings rallied to get back into the game in the second. Sacramento outscored the Heat 34-23 in the period to go into the break down 60-58.
In the third, the Kings went ahead 63-62 on a Stojakovic three-pointer in the early stages, and the contest remained close the entire stanza.
"We got off to a fast start, but there was a little dead spot there," said O’Neal. "We let them get back too close, but the third and fourth quarter guys played well and buckled down on defense and got it done."
