NBA Game Summary - Seattle at Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (Basketball News) - Shawn Marion scored a game-high 29 points as the Phoenix Suns defeated the Seattle SuperSonics 113-81 at America West Arena.

James Jones scored 15 points and Steve Nash scored nine points and dished out seven assists in the Phoenix win. Raja Bell also contributed with 10 points. Phoenix shot lights out from the floor as their field goal percentage was 53 percent. At one point, Phoenix led by 35 points.

Ray Allen scored 20 points in the losing effort for Seattle. Damien Wilkins scored 18 points and had five rebounds.

Vitaly Potapenko did not play for Seattle as he had a left hamstring strain.
