Cavs activate Diop, place Jackson on Injured List

Cleveland, OH (Basketball News) - Cleveland activated center DeSagana Diop from the injured list on Friday. Luke Jackson was placed on the list with a knee injury.

Diop missed the first five games of the season with a sprained right long finger. Last year he averaged 2.3 points and 3.6 rebounds in 56 games for the Cavaliers.

Jackson, the 10th overall pick in the 2004 Draft, is suffering from right knee patella tendinitis. He has played in one game this season for Cleveland.
