(Basketball News) - The Chicago Bulls try to get back on the winning track tonight when they host the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.
Minnesota has dominated this series of late and has won the last 10 matchups dating back to April 3, 1998. The Timberwolves, who have won 11 of the last 12 overall meetings, have also won five straight in Chicago.
The Bulls come into tonight’s contest on a losing note after dropping a 93-88 decision to the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday.
Chicago, which has lost four of five, was paced by Luol Deng’s 17 points. Eddy Curry added 13 while Kirk Hinrich and Tyson Chandler each chipped in 12. All of Chandler’s points came prior to the intermission.
The Bulls fell to 1-12 this season when they fail to reach 100 points.
Chicago, which will wrap up a five -game homestand on Monday versus Dallas, is 2-6 in its arena this season.
