Charlotte C Jones declared ineligible

Charlotte, NC (Basketball News) - Charlotte center Phil Jones was declared academically ineligible by the NCAA on Friday after a review of his records.

Jones, a 6-10 freshman from Brooklyn, New York, was enrolled at the university in late August and was allowed to practice with the team while the review took place.
