Eduardo Najera to Try Free Agency

Eduardo Najera wants to be in Denver. But he said he’ll do his due diligence and test the free-agent waters.

"I’m gonna do it," Najera said. "It’s a business."

Najera is an unrestricted free agent. The hard-nosed forward averaged 5.9 points and 4.3 rebounds in 78 games this season, playing through myriad injuries. He said he’ll be patient with the process, and doesn’t expect to get anything finalized until August or September.
