Golden State Warriors Team Report - November 14

(Basketball News) - The Warriors got into the win column on Saturday, posting a 103-87 thumping of the Charlotte Bobcats at Charlotte Coliseum.

Jason Richardson poured in 27 points, Troy Murphy added 22 points and 16 rebounds, and Mike Dunleavy chipped in 16 points. Derek Fisher tallied 10 assists off the bench.

Golden State hit 53 percent of its shots from the field and 86 percent from the free throw line (19-of-22) to give new coach Mike Montgomery his first NBA coaching victory.

Golden State has just one day to enjoy its victory before closing out its five-game road trip in Cleveland on Monday night.
